Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy in Arlington, VA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services and lead treatment programs. The role blends in-home sessions with remote admin and reporting, focusing on clients across autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, Virginia license eligibility, and proven experience supervising RBTs, with strong communication and data-driven program design.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and current with BACB
• Virginia LBA license or eligibility to apply is required
• Hands-on experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication expected

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and design BIPs
• Supervise and train RBTs
• Monitor client progress using data and refine treatment
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools and other providers
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and internal standards
