Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans in a hybrid setting. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
