Job summary

Galaxy ABA Therapy seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee in-home ABA programs across Northern Virginia and the DMV. The role involves travel to clients’ homes, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families to implement treatment plans.

Active BCBA certification and Virginia LBA license are required. A master's in ABA or related field, plus strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this in-person, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients’ homes across Northern Virginia and DMV area for on-site supervision.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy.
• Train and support families in implementing treatment strategies.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive client success.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and regulatory standards.
