Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Arlington, VA
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Galaxy ABA Therapy in Arlington, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:
- Completing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and designing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitoring client progress and refining treatment programming using data
- Partnering with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers to support each client's goals
- Practicing in alignment with BACB ethical guidelines and internal clinical standards

Requirements
- BCBA certification, current and in good standing with the BACB
- Virginia LBA license, or eligibility to apply for one
- Hands-on experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for in-home visits
Nice to Have
- Background in home-based ABA service delivery
- Working knowledge of the Northern Virginia / DMV area and local school systems
- Spanish/English bilingual ability
- Clinical experience spanning early intervention through adolescent and young adult populations
