Job summary

Steady Strides ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or part-time roles in the United States. The role offers pay of $65–$95 per hour, with a first-year bonus of $5,000 for full-time BCBAs and a comparable bonus for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism.
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
