Job summary
A leading ABA service organization in Arkansas is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide quality ABA services. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,000, inclusive of bonuses, and provides relocation packages. BCBAs will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and work closely with families in a collaborative environment emphasizing professional development. Full-time positions with flexible scheduling are available.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or Special Education.
Previous experience in ABA is required.
Must be comfortable working with families.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
