Job summary

Kinder Konsulting seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct ABA services in Winter Park and Orlando settings, supervising RBTs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes conducting initial assessments and ongoing re-assessments, maintaining accurate client records, and developing evidence-based behavior plans. A BCBA certification and Medicaid number are required, with strong supervision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification is required.
• Medicaid provider number is required.
• At least 2+ years of ABA therapy experience.
• At least 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Successful background check.
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ABA programs in clinic and early childcare settings, ensuring compliance with agency safety guidelines.
• Supervise agency RBTs on assigned cases.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and supervision in accordance with agency policies.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Collect and record data accurately and complete treatment notes promptly.
• Adhere strictly to BCBA guidelines and codes of conduct.
• Participate in supervision with a supervising BCBA for 5-10% of total direct hours with each client, provided through Kinder Konsulting.
• Receive supervision and training from experienced clinicians with over ten years at the company, ensuring stability and consistency.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and behavior analysts.
