Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and goals.
• Oversee implementation and monitor client progress.
• Provide supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs.

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership for children receiving ABA services while supporting and developing the RBTs who work directly with them.
