Artemis ABA Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a clinical SME for our AI-powered Salesforce-based ABA platform, collaborating with clients, leadership, sales, and product teams to shape the product roadmap.

You will evaluate functionality, prioritize requirements, support onboarding, present to customers, and help translate user needs into new features. This role blends clinical expertise with technology to elevate ABA service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for clinical and practice management aspects of Artemis ABA software.
• Evaluate current product functionality, identify clinical gaps, and communicate enhancement insights to leadership.
• Review and validate customer requirements and prioritize them on the product roadmap.
• Participate in product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients as needed.
• Present and promote Artemis ABA products to customers and BCBAs as a trusted SME.
• Support implementation and customer success teams during onboarding and ongoing client engagement.
• Represent Artemis ABA in speaking opportunities and authored content with the marketing team.
• Develop deep product knowledge to align with client and market needs.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on client and sales interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap.
• Advocate for product capabilities internally and externally.
