Job summary

Hopebridge in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for pediatric learners. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff within a collaborative, center-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
