Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA for a leadership role in our Texas clinics. You will develop clinically sound treatment plans and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality care, while collaborating with families to set goals and monitor progress.

You will deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment, contributing to our mission and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and active licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs in ABA therapy.
• Ability to design and implement ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
