Magical Moments AB in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a warm, supportive clinical team. We emphasize ethical care, manageable caseloads, and meaningful professional development in the client’s natural environment.

You’ll conduct behavioral assessments, develop BIPs, oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction, supervise RBTs (15-20%), and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• IN LBA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15-20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
