Job summary

Magical Moments AB in Crown Point, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. You will conduct assessments, design BIPs, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• IN LBA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
• Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized BIPs.
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15-20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team culture.
