Magical Moments ABA - GA in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive, growth-focused team. The role emphasizes ethical care, manageable caseloads, and strong professional development, with on-site work in the client’s natural environments.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to tailor effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Indiana LBA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with assessments and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
