Job summary

Magical Moments AB in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, mentorship‑driven team. You’ll manage a small caseload, conduct behavioral assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and work with families in home and community settings to support children’s progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• IN LBA license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) desired.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15-20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
