Qualifications

• Must have Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight, training, and supervision of your client’s team and program.
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments with clients.
• Write initial and concurrent individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Design and implement evidence-based interventions to promote skill acquisition.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct monthly parent meetings/trainings to ensure skills generalization.
