Qualifications
Must have current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) required.
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle is necessary.
Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
Provide support and feedback to families regarding managing behaviors.
