Job summary

B Above is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Indiana team. We offer part-time or full-time opportunities with $70–$90 per hour plus bonuses, in a supportive environment that empowers clinicians to lead.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and the clinical director, and ensure ethical, high-quality care while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
