Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a flexible, traveling role with two days per week at the Greenville clinic and three days remote. You will join a collaborative clinical team that supports mentorship, ongoing case consultation, and internal CEUs.

The position offers substantial compensation ($85,000–$115,000+ total) with monthly bonus opportunities, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), medical plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Mentor and supervise BTs/RBTs in clinical settings.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
