Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical ABA programs in our Texas centers. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress through engaging, evidence-based therapy.

This role provides opportunities for mentorship, center leadership pathways, and involvement in ongoing treatment innovation while supporting a balanced work-life environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA credential and be licensed to supervise RBTs.
• Ability to develop and oversee treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Strong collaboration with families to set goals and track progress.

Responsibilities
