Proud Moments ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Las Vegas center at 6325 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Full-time or part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or candidates in the next 3 months of exam.
• Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change the lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Assist families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, support, training, and orientation of our growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions, including activities like standing, lifting 25+ pounds, and moving with children.
