Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is seeking a BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services for children with autism and related developmental disorders in Texas. You will supervise treatment implementation and develop individualized programs, while collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field, and Texas licensure.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certification and in good standing as a BCBA.
• Must obtain and maintain current BCBA licensure in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory protocol adherence.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets.
• Develop and write initial treatment plans and update plans per best practices and insurance guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support for patients in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Evaluate and report patient progress toward goals and oversee discharge plans.
• Conduct monthly parent/caregiver trainings and group trainings as needed.
• Attend department and interdisciplinary staff meetings.
• Maintain BCBA certification with continuing education and Texas licensure.
