Job summary

The Behavior Exchange - Texas is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure optimal outcomes for the children and families.

This position requires a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and an active BCBA certification. Additionally, the role necessitates effective communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families at risk.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely as notified.
• Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols.
• Conduct parent training sessions.
