Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health seeks BCBA clinicians to provide clinic-based ABA services and supervise treatment across a comprehensive program. You will assess, plan, and monitor progress for patients with autism and developmental disabilities while collaborating with families.

The role emphasizes high-quality clinical care, ongoing professional development, and compliance with standards. Texas licensure and ongoing education are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board certification and in good standing as a BCBA.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure protocols.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Conduct functional assessments and analyses.
• Write behavior intervention plans for reduction targets.
• Develop and write initial treatment plans and updates.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Assess progress toward goals and oversee transitions.
• Conduct parent/caregiver trainings monthly and group trainings as needed.
• Attend department and staff meetings.
• Maintain BCBA certification via continuing education.
• Obtain and maintain state licensure.
• Adhere to Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
