Job summary
Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Minnesota to join our expanding ABA team. You will design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct assessments, and provide high-quality interventions.
The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$95,000 per year plus bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, and ongoing professional development opportunities to advance your expertise in VB/DA techniques.
Qualifications
- Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
- Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
- Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
