Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California to design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.

The role offers a salary range of $82,000–$87,000 per year plus bonuses, plus unlimited PTO, learning stipends, maternity leave, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
