Qualifications
Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
Master's Degree in ABA or related field required.
Previous ABA experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
