Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for patients across settings including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will lead treatment planning, supervise behavior technicians, and coach caregivers while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and experience with ASD. Travel to various sites in the Sacramento region may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly requirements.
