• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for patients and supervise behavior technicians.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans; update monthly.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and high-quality documentation.
• Travel locally between centers and client locations as needed.
