Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment services for children with autism. You will supervise center and home-based programs, train staff, collaborate with families, and ensure care aligns with state and insurance guidelines.

In this role you will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, coordinate with other providers, and contribute to funding approvals while maintaining high-quality, developmentally appropriate outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Ability to supervise and train clinical staff and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transitions.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks for funding and reporting.
