Archways ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role combining telehealth supervision with in-home and clinic services in the St. Louis area.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Active Missouri state license
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Experience with children with autism preferred

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (FBAs, skills assessments)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs/BTs
• Deliver parent/caregiver training and support
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming; maintain timely clinical documentation
