Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a northern suburb early intervention ABA program. This hybrid role offers a true 20-minute commute from downtown St. Louis, small caseloads, and a collaborative clinical environment focused on young children.

The BCBA will oversee ABA services for ages 0-6, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and provide parent training, with 27-30 billable hours weekly and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Missouri LBA preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience in early intervention with young children.
• Collaborative clinical environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for early intervention ABA services for children ages 0-6.
• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans.
• Support therapy delivered within a play-based learning environment.
• Embrace Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
• Provide virtual parent training approximately once every other week.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and therapy staff.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Focus on clinical leadership and treatment quality rather than billing.
