Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in McDonough and surrounding areas in a hybrid model. You will oversee clinical programming for a small caseload, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans with strong admin support.

You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, collaborate with families, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to program growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• GA LBA license preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs/BCaBAs
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming for a small caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming accordingly
• Complete documentation and treatment plans timely
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of care
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements
