Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Gainesville, GA seeks a BCBA to lead clinical programming with a small caseload in a hybrid in-home/remote supervision model. You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

Active BCBA certification and GA LBA are required, with residence in GA (or within 50 miles). The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and opportunities for leadership growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• GA LBA license active is required.
• Residence in GA or within 50 miles is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming for a small caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
