Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a hybrid team serving clients in McDonough and surrounding areas. You will oversee clinical programming, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while supervising RBTs/BCaBAs.

You will work with a small caseload, enjoy strong admin support, flexible in-person hours, and opportunities to grow into leadership while contributing to a supportive, team-first culture focused on long-term success.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active GA LBA license.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
