Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Columbus, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children on the autism spectrum in Columbus and nearby areas. The role combines in-home supervision with strong admin support to allow you to focus on high-quality care.

You will oversee clinical programming for a small caseload, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, leadership growth, and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active GA LBA license required.
• Residence in GA or within 50 miles.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
