Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with clinic-based, home, or hybrid ABA service models.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide client outcomes.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Support and coach the team.
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid Caseload: Blend in-clinic and remote work as needed.
• Stay Current: Keep up with latest ABA research and best practices.
