Sunrise ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead case management for autistic children ages 2-18, with data collection via Central Reach and direct parent training. The role supports flexible scheduling in a hybrid setting, offering mentorship from senior clinicians and a clear path for BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and a Master's degree are required.
• Strong integrity and ethics are essential to practice.
• Demonstrated leadership and a passion for client success are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Collect data using Central Reach and maintain accurate records.
• Meet billable hour requirements: 25 hours for full-time, 15 hours for part-time BCBAs.
• Complete intake assessments and parent training.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
