Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide case management for children on the autism spectrum and to support families with in-home and center-based therapy across multiple states. The role emphasizes data-driven practice and collaboration with a team of clinicians.

The position offers hybrid-remote work, schedule flexibility, paid time off and holidays, in-house CEUs, and growth through mentorship from leading clinicians. A strong ethics focus and client-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics.
• Passion for client success.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Data collection using Central Reach.
• Meet billable hour requirements (Full-time: 25 hrs; Part-time: 15 hrs).
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Provide parent training and guidance.
• Collaborate with clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
