The Treetop ABA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a BCBA to lead in-clinic and in-home therapy, oversee data-driven treatment plans, and mentor technicians. This full-time role offers a competitive base of $90K–$110K, sign-on bonuses, student loan repayment, and a paid sabbatical, with a hybrid schedule and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models.

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
