The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, hybrid role in Santa Fe, NM. You’ll focus on delivering high-quality clinical care with a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

You will design ABA plans, conduct assessments, mentor technicians, and partner with families to set meaningful goals, all while working in a collaborative, growth-driven environment with generous bonuses and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Demonstrated passion for helping children reach their potential.
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
