The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time, hybrid role offers a competitive salary range, a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and a 3-week sabbatical after 36 months, with WFH options and supportive leadership.

You will design ABA plans, assess progress with data, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible mindset and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans and personalized therapy.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress with data-driven approach.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians and staff.
• Partner with Families to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid Caseload blending in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
