Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a BCBA to lead client-centered ABA programs with a collaborative, supportive team. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and a manageable caseload with a 25-billable target.

Base salary ranges from $90K to $110K, plus monthly bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $10K. You’ll work in a hybrid clinic setting, receive extensive mentorship, advanced clinical leadership, and benefit from student loan repayment, a paid sabbatical after 36

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential.
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: develop personalized therapy plans with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: use data to guide client progress.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: provide coaching and guidance.
• Partner with Families: collaborate with caregivers to set goals and build trust.
• Hybrid Caseload: balance in-clinic and remote work as needed.
• Stay Current: keep up with ABA research and best practices.
