Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models.
• Ambition to grow professionally in a supportive, clinician-led environment.
• Ability to mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ABA Plans with personalized therapies.
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress using data.
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians and clinicians.
• Partner with Families to set goals and celebrate progress.
• Maintain a Hybrid Caseload with in-clinic and remote work.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
