Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical programs across Arizona, with in-home and center opportunities and a flexible, clinician-first culture.

As part of a BCBA-led team you’ll design ABA plans, supervise technicians, partner with families, and maintain a balanced hybrid caseload with Monday–Friday schedules and no weekends, while earning a base salary of $90K–$110K plus bonuses, loan repayment, a sabbatical, PTO and ongoing CEU opportunities.

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.
