Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with ASD using evidence-based ABA. You’ll conduct assessments, develop BIPs, design treatment programs, supervise technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists in a hybrid work setting.

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $97,000 per year with full medical insurance for employees, a $700 device stipend, and opportunities for bonus pay for

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data collection and analyze data for decision-making.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists.
