Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs to identify target behaviors.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessment outcomes.
• Design and implement treatment programs grounded in ABA principles.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and other team members on intervention strategies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data collection for target behaviors and treatment objectives.
• Analyze treatment data regularly for clinical decision-making.
• Provide ongoing training to families and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Communicate regularly with families to address challenges and offer recommendations.
