Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs to identify target behaviors.
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessment outcomes.
Design and implement treatment programs grounded in ABA principles.
Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and other team members on intervention strategies.
Monitor client progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
Ensure accurate data collection for target behaviors and treatment objectives.
Analyze treatment data regularly for clinical decision-making.
Provide ongoing training to families and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
Communicate regularly with families to address challenges and offer recommendations.
