Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a passionate BCBA to support children with autism using evidence-based ABA. The role offers a hybrid work model with remote billable work and in-clinic supervision, plus generous benefits and a strong support network.

You will conduct assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, supervise staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate progress to families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes.
• Design, implement, and modify treatment programs grounded in ABA.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and other team members.
• Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure precise data collection for target behaviors and objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide ongoing training to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and therapists for holistic care.
• Communicate updates and actionable recommendations to families.

Education
