Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver home- and community-based ABA services across multiple states, supervised by our Executive Director and Clinical Director. The role emphasizes developing language, social, and communication programs and collaborating with a treatment team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community, supervised by executive leadership.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and work well in teams.
