Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid role serving Augusta, GA and surrounding areas. The position involves supervising clinical programming, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans for a small caseload of clients.

You will train and supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, ensure timely documentation, and collaborate with families. A strong, supportive team culture and opportunities for leadership growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• GA Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.
• Maintain compliance with state and insurance requirements.
